This magazine discusses Bungie after their breakup with Microsoft shortly after the release of Halo 3, though they had been planning a split from the parent company since the development of Halo 2. There's even a line that says: "That very same day every Bungie employee signed the Bungee Declaration of Independence--a document that outlines all the goals of this now self-sufficient games studio." Though Bungie did end up developing Halo 3: ODST in 2009, about less than a year after this magazine's release, and Halo Reach in 2010, which were only mentioned as "secret projects."
